Select a lawyer at the beginning of a real estate transaction

After years of experience Bejamin Cooper, Esq. knows that many people wait until problems arise before they hire an attorney to handle their real estate transaction. Rather than seek the advise of a lawyer at the beginning of a transaction - clients often wait until it becomes far more costly to correct the problem. This too often leads to an additional delays that could be avoided if an attorney had been consulted from the beginning of the process. Think of it this way, only your attorney has an unbiased view of your rights. Everyone else in the transaction has their own interest to protect. Shouldn't you be protected?
